Karen Lucas is recruiting coordinator for The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, a national construction manager and general contractor. Karen guides the nationwide recruitment effort of entry-level project engineers and field engineers. An essential component of that effort is the hands-on coordination and management of the company's internship program.
Karen has 22 years experience in business development, marketing and recruiting. Prior to joining Whiting-Turner, Karen received her bachelor's degree in mass communications from Towson University.
