Daniel Russell is a Vice President at Aon Human Capital Consulting. He is the Human Capital Leader for Southeast Region- Southern Cluster. His primary roles include business development and directing projects with an emphasis in Change and Talent Management.
Chad Thompson, Ph.D. is a consultant with Aon Consulting's Human Capital practice. Dr. Thompson consults extensively with Fortune 500 clients on designing, implementing and validating employee selection systems, designing and delivering leadership training and assessments, and analyzing and reporting on organizational surveys. His interest in employee engagement and retention led to a project to create and validate an assessment that helps organizations assess an individual's suitability for working remotely.
