2010 Event Sponsorship Program

Business Mixer Networking Events

  • 4 events scheduled throughout the year
  • Events are scheduled around key attractions or focused on the opening of major new events.
  • Companies may elect to host a Business Mixer event at their place of business or other attraction. Past hosts have included: The Capital Grille, The Mt. Washington Conference Center, and Intercontinental Harbor Court.
  • Expected Attendance Per Event: 75 - 150

Business Mixer Exclusive Sponsor

- A company may elect to be an exclusive sponsor of all four GBC Business Mixer events for the discounted price of $6,000.

Program Sponsor - $2,500 per event

Sponsorship at this level entitles sponsoring company to the following:

  • Company name or logo prominently placed on all event promotional materials
  • Company recognition at the event through public announcement of sponsorship and signage promoting sponsorship.
  • Prominent company recognition in article in the GBC's e-newsletter "The Leader."
  • One 8-foot table to exhibit company materials or promotional items.
  • Twenty tickets to the event.
  • Company name or company logo on all print ads: promotional ads will appear in The Daily Record prior to event.
  • List of names and addresses of all attendees at the event for follow-up marketing opportunities.
  • Company Web site link to the GBC website for one year.
  • Opportunity to have company designee speak at the event for 2-3 minutes.
  • Opportunity to place give-aways (provided by sponsor and subject to approval of GBC Director of Events) at each place setting.
